We recommend printing our size-specific templates at 100% scale to find your perfect fit. Your toes should have a small buffer of space from the edge, and the straps should feel secure but not restrictive.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for sandals in brand new, unworn condition. If you need a different size or style, simply initiate an exchange through our online portal within 30 days of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the US usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
Can Bedrock Sandals be resoled?
Yes! We are committed to sustainability. Through our Re-soul program, you can send in your well-loved sandals to have the outsoles replaced, extending the life of your footwear.
