Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and securely package your sandals.

• 3.
  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the sandals are in their original packaging and free of trail debris.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new pair within 5-7 business days.
